- Vapor Intrusion Assessment

Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) Support
CORE offers comprehensive support for Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) sites, guiding property owners and developers through investigation, remedial action planning, community outreach, and documentation. We coordinate closely with NYSDEC to secure Certificates of Completion (COCs), tax credit eligibility, and regulatory closure for redevelopment projects on environmentally impacted land.
