Construction & Oversight Process

   If CORE completed the AST system design, we provide full continuity. If not, we review third-party plans for constructability, regulatory alignment, and field practicality.
3. Field Oversight During Installation
   We provide on-site representation during key phases—tank placement, piping installation, containment construction, and final connections—to verify work is done to spec.
4. Regulatory Coordination and Inspections
   CORE assists with scheduling and documentation for Fire Department, NYSDEC, or third-party inspector reviews.
5. Post-Construction Testing and Documentation
   We support leak testing, startup, and prepare final documentation, including as-builts, SPCC amendments, and PBS registration updates.
